With nine years of prior experience in foreclosure law, she brings exceptional organizational skills and a thorough understanding of the transaction process to every client she supports. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her son, Carter, and staying active at the gym. She thrives in the fast-paced world of real estate and takes pride in helping clients navigate their transactions seamlessly.

Charlotte, originally from Dallas, Texas, and raised in Poland, Maine, has over 20 years of experience in customer service, including more than a decade specializing in real estate since 2013. Known for her professionalism and client-focused approach, she thrives on building lasting relationships and delivering
exceptional results. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. She is proud to be part of an outstanding team and is passionate about serving her clients with dedication and care.

Monika joined the CCT team in the summer of 2020, bringing a wealth of expertise and a diverse professional background. Prior to CCT, she served for eight years as the Assistant Market Center Administrator at KW Greater Hartford, where she honed her skills in real estate operations and management. Before transitioning to the real estate industry, Monika spent two decades in theatre as a Stage Manager, mastering organizational excellence and complex coordination. Her unique combination of creativity, precision, and dedication makes her an invaluable asset to the CCT team.
